What type of documents can I upload?
You can only upload the official Loan Estimate disclosure. It should be a 3-page PDF document without redactions or missing information.
The LE is a standardized disclosure that limits the ability for a loan originator to misrepresent their fees.
Ignore other types of rate quotes, including fees worksheets, and avoid anyone who is difficult about providing you with an LE.
How do I read an LE?
After an official Loan Estimate is uploaded you will receive a private link to access an analysis report.
The report page will explain each section of the LE in greater detail and is where you will find answers to more specific questions.
